REGISTER MANAGEMENT FINGERPRINT: Place the fingerprint on the lock for about 1sec, a long beep sound with green indicator will turn on. Again put the fingerprint on the fingerprint scanner for 3sec. A long beep will be heard, with the green light blinking, Place finger which you want to make as a management fingerprint on the fingerprint scanner for 4 times, A short beep will be heard, and that means your new management fingerprint registered successfully.

REGISTER USER FINGERPRINT: Place the management fingerprint on the lock for about 1sec, a long beep sound with green indicator will turn on. Again put the management fingerprint on the lock for about 1sec, you will hear a long beep... sound with green light blinking, Place the user fingerprint on the lock for 4 times, A short beep will be heard, that means your new user fingerprint registered successfully.

DELETE FINGER PRINT: Place the management fingerprint on the scanner; you will hear a long beep... sound with the unlocking indicator light on. Again place the management fingerprint on the scanner; you will hear a long beep sound with the unlocking indicator light flash. Place the management fingerprint third time on the scanner, you will hear a long beep... sound. Again put the management fingerprint on the lock for 3sec. now all registered fingerprints deleted successfully.

20 fingerprints

The password setup for OZONE Digital Lock varies with models. In general, there is a setup or reset key on the side of the interior part. For further information, please refer to the respective user manuals.

In general, a password is consisted of 6-12 numerical digits. In some models, the password length is 4 -9 digits. Please check the User Manual of your OZONE Digital Lock.

If you lose a RFID card, simply invalidate the lost card/ key by re-registering new RFID Card or you can delete registered card. The lost RFID will automatically be disabled and cannot be used again.

The procedures of card registration vary with models. Please refer to the respective Product Manual of your OZONE Digital Lock.

Up to 200 fingerprints.

You can either use the mechanical override key (if applicable to your model) to open the door or plug-in a 9V battery/Power bank to the emergency power supply plate which locates outside the door to provide instant power to the electronic lock.

If you hear a low battery warning melody rings or the indicator light blinks in red, it means the smart lock is running low in power. Replace all batteries when you hear/ see the alert.

Open the cover of the battery compartment,
Take out the old batteries, and replace with new 1.5V alkaline batteries.
Replace all batteries at the same time.

There are two types of alarm in OZONE smart lock:
1. Alarm on damage of the lock:
When the front body of the lock is damaged due to forced separation or drilling, the alarm will go off.
2. Alarm on break-in:
When someone tries to break-in by force while the door is locked, the alarm will go off.

Turn off the alarm by one of the following options mentioned below:
Enter your registered PIN code
Contact your registered smart card
Place your register fingerprint
Unlock through mobile app

Please check your lock mode setting.
By default, all smart locks are set to automatic locking mode which detects the door closing and automatically locks the door in a few seconds. However, if it is switch to manual locking, the door will not lock up automatically after closing. To change the setting refer manual of the lock

Ozone smart locks are equipped with a scramble code feature to prevent the leakage of password. In practice, user can add some random codes in front or after a registered password when you are concerned about your password being exposed in some situations.

If a wrong PIN code is entered for 5 consecutive times, the smart lock will shut down for 30/60 seconds and cannot be operated. This is a function to prevent vandalism. All Ozone digital locks are equipped with this feature.

Most people register with their index fingers but there is no substantive restriction. We suggest users to register fingerprints on both left and right hands.

Only Glass door lock can be operated through remote control.

Initial master password is set ‘123456’. It can be changed according to the user manual.

There are 2 ways :
First, you can use a 9 volt battery/Power bank to charge up the door lock at the 9 volt contact point/USB port to power up the door lock. Then you can use your card, password or fingerprint to enter.
Alternatively, if you are using a mortise type door lock, you can use the given mechanical keys to unlock the door lock

Using 8 batteries, 9 ~ 10 months for 10 per day usage. It can be shorter or longer depending on the usage.

Yes, the lock operates standalone on batteries so a power failure will not affect its operations.

No, although an exposure to a minute amount of water is harmless, the door lock is designed to be used indoor or under the shelter.

Firstly, it may occur when the fingerprint is positioned differently as compared to when you register it. For the fingerprint to be detected, the difference must not to when you register it. For the fingerprint to be detected, the difference must not exceed a certain tolerance. Please try again with different fingerprint positions.
Secondly, due to genetic differences lines so the system may have difficulty detecting the fingerprints. If that is the case, the person can the password or the emergency key to open the door.

Yes, our door locks have 1 year of full warranty

1. Slamming of door may cause impacts and damages the motherboard in the door lock, and such actions will not be covered under the warranty. Customers are advised to install a door closer as prevention.
2. Battery leakages in the battery compartment may affect the motherboard too. Remember to inspect your battery compartment every 2 to 3 months.

Unlocking mechanism are some common symptoms of malfunctioning motherboard.

To set management card, press reset button at the back side of lock body, a beep sound indicates that the lock has been reset. Now place any card on the lock panel to make it enable it as management card.

In order to set main card access, Place management card thrice on the lock scanner, green LED start flashing. Place blank card once on the lock scanner, this will be a main card.

In order to delete main, service and guest card access, place management card five times on the lock scanner, green LED start flashing followed by a beep sound.

'Code-free' mode or 'hold-open' mode is useful when you need to restrict access to a sensitive area out of hours, while allowing free movement without the need to enter a code during the day. One example where ‘code-free’ mode might be used is in a science lab at a university. Staff could open the lab in the morning by entering the code and then put the lock into ‘code free’ mode so that the students can come and go during the day. At lunchtime or at the end of the day access to the lab can once again be restricted.

Authorized distributor/Service partner /will continue to provide technical support over the phone. If on-site servicing is required, there is a minimum charge.

• Simply touch the lock screen to activate “Bluetooth “and then choose “Add lock” on the mobile app.
• Touch any key to activate the lock and put it in PAIRING Mode and then Press next
• The newfound lock’s serial number appears on the mobile app
• Press the “+” button to add.
• After the pairing process is complete the home screen will indicate that the pairing process is complete.
• You can also rename the lock using the mobile App

To unlock the lock using the mobile app, touch the lock icon and rotate the knob (Pull down the handle) clockwise to unlock the door.

• click on Add Fingerprint
• Enter the User Name and enable the “Permanent” option.

• Enter user app password and click on OK
• App screen will show operation success.

• Open the OzoLok app and click on “Forgot Password”.
• Enter your mobile number and then enter a new Password; ensure that the password contains 6 to 20 character length.
• Confirm the password, and click on Get Code.
• You will receive an OTP. Enter the OTP, and click on Reset Password.
• The App screen will indicate that the Password has been Reset Successfully.
• Use your new password to login.

The old user password will automatically be modified.
Press 8 to scroll down and press # to select add other RFID card; place card on the keypad panel; the LCD Screen will display “Card registration success” and your previous registered user card will no longer work. Press * twice to exit to the main menu.

If an unauthorized person tries to open the lock and doesn’t know the correct passcode, after 5 wrong entries the lock will automatically go into Auto Secure Mode for 30 seconds. The keypad of the lock is frozen as part of this security feature and no input will be allowed.

Note: Admin fingerprint/RFID Card/Admin Password is always required to enter the main menu.

Press # to enter “Record”. The LCD screen will display the unique ID followed by date and time. Press to 8 to scroll forward to another record; Press 2 to scroll backward to the previous record.
Press * thrice to exit to the main menu.

Gently touch the screen; press * for 3 seconds and LCD screen will display Verify Admin; press 8 to scroll down and select System Set; then press #; the LCD screen will display:

Press 8 to scroll down to select initialization and press #; the LCD screen will display: No and Yes; Press 6 to select Yes. Press # to confirm. The display will show: Initialization Succeeded.
Press * twice to exit to the main menu.
Note: After resetting, the lock returns to the Factory Set Mode and anyone can open the lock.
RESET MANUALLY METHOD 2
Open the battery cover. Press the reset button on the back panel for 5 seconds and the initialization process will be complete.

When the battery is low, this information will be displayed on the LCD screen.

We have two option to open a lock in this condition
First Option: Use mechanical key
Second Option: If the batteries of the lock are completely discharged, you can use external power backup to open the lock. Connect the power backup using the USB port on the terminal located on lower bottom side of the lock’s front panel; now enter any of the registered admin passcodes, user passcodes, Fingerprints, IC cards to open the door.
Replace the batteries immediately as soon as you have opened the door.
Note: Always use high-quality ultra-power alkaline batteries for better performance

In order to change password, the lock should be in open position. Enter default management or user password followed by ok button, a long beep will sound.
Again Press OK button for 2 seconds, indicator start to blink.
Enter new password of 4-15 digits and press OK, A long beep will be heard and password will be successfully changed.
Note: Management and User password can’t be same.

In this mode user can set password for one time access for example hotel safe

Turn on Public Mode
• Enter management password and press OK button, long beep sound with unlocking indicator will turn on.
• Press Ok for 2 seconds; unlocking indicator will start flashing, press OK again.
• Enter 44 and press OK; a long beep sound indicates confirmation of turning on the public mode.

Turn off Public Mode
• Enter management password and press OK button, long beep sound with unlocking indicator will turn on.
• Press OK for 2 seconds, unlocking indicator will start flashing.
• Enter 43 and press OK; a long beep sound indicates confirmation of turning off the public mode.

• To hide password enter the management password and press ok button, a long beep sound with unlocking indicator will turn on.
• Press ok for 2 seconds; unlocking indicator will start flashing, press ok again.
• Enter 42 followed by OK button to activate code scrambling feature.
• Enter 41 followed by OK button to de-activate code scrambling feature.
In code scrambling mode, enter any password before or after the actual password with a combination of maximum 16 digits.

If password has been forgotten or finger print is inaccessible, then you can decode by providing a unique code mentioned on the right side of lock to the designated customer care.
Management & User password will be reset to default mode.

In order to change password, the lock should be in open position. Enter default management or user password followed by C button, a long beep will sound and green light will start flashing quickly.
Enter new management/ user password of 4-15 digits and press Ok, A long beep will be heard and password will be successfully changed.

Enter management password followed by C button, a long beep will sound and green light will start flashing quickly.
Place the finger on the finger print scanner 5 times, short beep sound and alarm indicates that finger has been added successfully, Only 2 fingers can be added as management finger print.
In case of a three short beep, please retry the process.

• Place management finger on the finger print scanner for 1 second, long beep sound with green indicator will turn on.
• Again place management finger on the finger print scanner for 1 second, long beep sound with green indicator will start flashing.
• Now place other finger on the finger print scanner for 5 times, short beep sound indicates that finger has been added successfully.
• 8 fingerprints can be added as user finger print.
Note: User finger print and management finger print cannot be same.

• To set management card, press reset button at the back side of lock body, a beep sound indicates that the lock has been reset.
• Now place any card on the lock panel to make it enable it as management card.
Note: Management Card can be used by placing it 4 times on the scanner.

In order to add guest card, place management card once on the lock scanner, green LED start flashing.
Place blank card on the lock scanner, this will be a guest card.

In order to set double card access, Place management card twice on the lock scanner, green LED start flashing.
Place blank card on the lock scanner once, this will be a service card.
Note: In this case guest card and service card should be used together to unlock.
Note: Every time a new blank card has been added, the old guest card will be deleted and new will act as a guest card.

• In order to set main card access, Place management card thrice on the lock scanner. Green LED start flashing.
• Place blank card once on the lock scanner, this will be a main card.
Note: Main card can be used in Single card mode and double card mode.

In order to delete main, service and guest card access, place management card five times on the lock scanner. Green LED starts flashing followed by a beep sound.

• Open battery cover
• Press the reset button on the back panel
• A long beep sound will indicate that the entire RFID database has been deleted.

• In order to change password, the lock should be in open position.
• Enter default/current password and long press OK button.
• Enter new password of 1-8 digits and press OK button.
• Again enter same password again and press OK button.
• Password has been successfully changed.
